Safe Haven Family Resource Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive support services that empower families, restore relationships, and strengthen family bonds and formation.

We envision a community where every family thrives, free from generational cycles of child maltreatment, through strong relationships and a collective commitment to empowerment.
By prioritizing proactive intervention, we will create a future where all children are healthy, safe, and prepared for success, with families that are supported,
resilient, and strengthened.
History
Safe Haven was founded by a dedicated investigative worker from Child Protective Services (CPS) who saw firsthand the challenges families face after a child’s removal. Determined to create a solution, a grassroots initiative to ensure that family connections remain intact through safe, structured visitations was launched. Understanding the emotional toll of separation, we envisioned a supportive space where parents and children could maintain meaningful relationships while working toward reunification.
Safe Haven was built on the belief that preserving family bonds, even in difficult circumstances, is essential for healing and long-term stability. Through their commitment, the organization has grown into a vital resource, providing high-quality services that prioritize safety, emotional well-being, and family resilience.
